With my homemade Topfen I made this perfect cure for homesickness. Topfenstrudel is a kind of cheese cake and one of the signature dishes of Austria. It is hard to make one here in Saigon, since the main ingredients are not readily available in Vietnam. However, I came up with a way to make Topfen cheese myself in the food lab. This strudel is the result and I am quite proud of it.
